Our Story

Trident Investments was founded with a clear thesis: real estate — acquired right and held with patience — is one of the most reliable paths to building lasting wealth and value.

We operate as a portfolio company, not a fund. Every asset we own is on our balance sheet, operated by us, and managed with a long-term perspective. We don't chase trends or optimize for quarterly metrics. We buy where we believe in the underlying market, and we hold until the moment demands otherwise.

Based in Frisco, Texas, we operate across two geographies: high-growth commercial corridors in North Texas, and emerging residential markets in South India. The common thread is conviction.
