Unlike a pure land play, this project involved the full development cycle — acquiring raw land, planning and approving a residential layout, constructing modern homes, and successfully selling all units to end buyers.

The development was delivered under the Kanish Sriville brand and featured a curated range of modern villa designs tailored to the tastes of contemporary Coimbatore homebuyers. Homes featured clean architectural lines, quality finishes, and efficient floor plans.
